So, I like food and whilst I'm not actually sure many people will read this blog, it is still a good way to keep my (favourite) recipes together. I do not claim this to be particularly healthy, I just write down what I, personally, like to eat and consider "fancy" enough to be made into a recipe. Breakfast Banana Smoothie
Delicious liquid food! Also great to fill into a bottle and take to uni/work/whatever.
Makes 1 glass
You need to have:
1 banana
100g soy yoghurt
50-100 ml soy milk
2-5 tbsp rolled oats
sugar or maple syrup to taste (optional)
You need to do:
Put everything in a blender and hit the button. Finished!
